Formed around 1965, our association is dedicated to advocating for cabin owners’ issues with head lease and crown organizations while fostering a strong community spirit.
Our mission is to preserve and protect property values while enhancing the cabin owners’ experience.
Through its executive, the association:
- Collects and protects annual fees that support the common good.
- Organizes annual and other general meetings, as required, to better inform its members.
- Provides for community-building projects, such as fishing derbies and other events.
Any property owner in the Makwa Lake Resort is eligible for membership.
